This estate transforms into a  verdant oasis, offering sandy beaches along Cherry  Creek, picturesque picnic spots, and a wealth of entertainment  facilities including two outdoor stages, yurt tents, and an  amphitheater. Immerse yourself in the enchantment of the property's  unique features such as the Enchantment Tree, Trail of Wonders, Bear  Village, and Deer Park, all contributing to a state park-like  experience.

The main residence dazzles with three upstairs bedrooms, each  boasting balconies with breathtaking views, and a main floor equipped  with two Queen size Deluxe Murphy Beds for versatile living. The lower  level is a haven for entertainment with a full recreation  room, kitchen, and a pull-out queen bed. Accompanying the main house is  a remodeled cabin, perfect for those seeking tranquility, capable of  hosting up to 10 guests. It features a full kitchen, bath, and  comfortable sleeping arrangements including a pull-out  Queen bed couch, a King and Queen bed, plus two Deluxe queen inflatable  beds, ensuring a lavish stay for all.
